We are a large Union/Fraternal Org. Our events run 700+ people. Event Kings secures our venue, provides food and drinks and activities (supervised games and large blow-ups). In 6 years, we have literally never had a complaint from our members. We have even discussed doing something different, but we always come back because we don't risk losing such a great thing. Terry (Owner) is literally there and in charge for the while day (6 hour event for us) and takes care of EVERYTHING. If you are considering an event, large or small, I can't imagine they would ever disappoint you, they have been nothing but great to us

For over 20 years, Event Kings has partnered with Nikon and the HR Team to deliver incredible holiday and employee appreciation events. Steve and Terry take the time to meet with you, listen to your ideas and mold the event the exact manner as to how you envisioned it. We have done everything from sports themes, westerns, casino, medieval to much more. We even rented a boat to take us around Manhattan for our employees and they created a wonderful day. Last year, we had an employee appreciation carnival like event. In the end, they and their team are incredible to work with and fit every budget. It is without hesitation I recommend Event Kings.

Our bi-annual Food Show is always the talk of the industry and each show somehow manages to outdo the last! From it's inception in 2013 we have worked exclusively with Event Kings. Our first year we had about 390 attendees at a picnic at Bethpage State Park. In 2019 we had nearly 2000 people at Crest Hollow Country Club. The growth of our event can largely be attributed to the close collaboration, creativity and attention to detail that I have established with the Event King's team over the years. Producing a large event for thousands of people takes a lot of hard work and close collaboration and Event Kings has always been up to the task...

Event Kings was amazing from start to finish for our 2022 picnic. Professional, organized, and knowledgeable about what would make sense for our group. Over 300 employees and families had a great time and I have been told multiple times that it was one of the best picnics the company has had - and this coming from employees who have been with the company over 40 years! Since we lost our son in 2017 we have been hosting a memorial scholarship fundraiser in his honor!!! Terry and her team have been right by our side from the beginning and have become like family!!! We put everything in her hands and never have to worry that ach and every event will be perfect from beginning to end!!!
