Terry has more than 30 years experience in event planning, design and production. Terry executes to perfection over 200 events a year ranging in size from 100 to 6,000 guests. Terry specializes in Corporate and Non- Profit Events.
Terry’s clients can attest that she always goes above and beyond for each and every event. Her devotion to her client’s needs makes them feel at ease from the planning process, all the way to the end of the event.
Terry has won two international awards for best event planner. She has been featured in the New York Times, Special Events Magazine, LI Pulse, Newsday, and Business LI.
Managing Parter Promo Kings
A.J. joined the Event Kings staff part time during the Fall of 2013. After a few months, his role expanded into becoming the warehouse manager responsible for the back-end operations of Event Kings. Upon his graduation from Hofstra University with a B.A. in Accounting, he knew he had a passion for the event business and needed to find a way to join the Event Kings team long term. Enter Promo Kings, the brain child of Terry, Steven and A.J., a way to expand the full line of services already being offered by Event Kings.
Now, as the co-founder of Promo Kings, A.J. is given the opportunity to grow the idea into a successful resource for both existing and new clients. Promo Kings provides a way for clients to give their brand better visibility and recognition by offering over 700,000 different promotional items while also maintaining the guarantee of high quality and service that has become synonymous with Event Kings.
Kim Snyder graduated with a BA in Public Relations from The Lawrence Herbert School of Communications at Hofstra University. While at Hofstra, Kim was instrumental in planning numerous fundraising events as well as formal affairs.
Additionally , Kim assisted with non- profit events for the Public Relations Dept. of Good Samaritan Hospital. Kim’s attention to detail and creativity enable her to make every event special, unique and memorable.
Kim is looking forward to learning more and growing professionally and is so excited to become apart of the Event Kings Team!
Event Production & Accounting
Paige joined The Event Kings team in 2009. From a part-time position in accounts payable and receivable's and her 25 years in product development and merchandising in the Ladies Fashion and Housewares Industry and prior trade show background catapulter her into Event Production working closely with clients, vendors, and the Event Kings team. Paige has worked alongside the founders Steven & Terry Vogel for over 12 years.
She brings her vast organizational skills and experience to the detailed production of Event Planning. Along with her attention to detail, she is a valuable asset to the team.
Founder | President
Steven has more than 30 years experience in event production, planning and design. As the President of the company he insures that the highest level of quality is implemented into the production of each event. Steven oversees the day to day operations for all of the Event Kings Divisions.
Steven has been featured in Newsday, Crain’s, Huffington Post, and LI Business News. He is an active member of many Associations such as LIBI, SHRM, Discover Long Island and HIA. He also is the recommended event planner at many of New York’s exclusive event sites.
Working day in & out with his wife & business partner making them a dynamic power couple.
Event & Wedding Planner
Madison was introduced to the event industry early on through shadowing events with her parents. The behind the scenes advantage propelled her to work part time to gain experience in the various positions in the field.
In spring of 2019 Madison interned for Event Kings while working towards her Marketing degree at St Johns University School of Business. Madison earned her spot in the office as a production assistant and event staff recruiter. Due to an increasing interest in planning events, Madison worked closely with Terry from start to finish in the planning process. Weddings in particular caught her attention and she is a certified Wedding & Event Coordinator.
Her attention to detail, fun personality and can do attitude makes her a great addition to the Event Kings and King Lily Floral team.
Assistant to CEO Terry Vogel
Amanda graduated Cum Laude from James Madison University with a B.A. in Communication Studies. During her senior year she was accepted into JMU’s Event Planning Organization, and participated in an event internship working alongside a professor in the Communications Department.
Following graduation, she was eager to jump right into her career as an Event Planning and Production intern at Event Kings during Summer of 2021. Amanda is passionate about using her creativity to plan and develop a wide range of events, and loves being a part of a welcoming and close-knit team.
Amanda will be assisting Terry Vogel, Founder and CEO, with all her event needs. Amanda is looking forward to learning more about the event industry, and the opportunity to create special memories for every single client!
Introducing Brittany Russell, a Long Island and NYC floral designer. We are excited to welcome her as our lead designer and partner of King Lily Floral. She has honed her floral design expertise over the last 6 years, designing for corporate events, product launch parties and weddings in a variety of different venues and styles. She has had the opportunity to work for master designers in NYC and earned her certification from Flower School NY. She can’t wait to bring her designs to our clients! We will offer a wonderful variety of fresh cut flowers, gorgeous arrangements, unique flower moments and a fun customer experience when creating your floral needs.
